A high resolution thickness/metal detection device outsorts suspect envelopes accurately and efficiently, while the built-in check orientor segregates perfectly oriented transaction and sends them down an aft track to an automatic stacker.

In addition, the I.A. does not generate more job-related tasks and transaction correction work than one operator can complete during machine running time.
